Aberdaron Beach Cliffs
Aberdaron Beach Cliffs

A few photos from the eastern side of the Beach, backed by soft eroding cliffs.
The area was overrun by Irish Sea Ice during the Ice Ages and this has left a legacy of Quaternary Glacial Deposits (Glacial Drift).
On the Peninsula one of the thickest deposits occurs in the large embayment at Aberdaron Bay
