Spaniard Rocks / Burry Holms
Burry Holms is a small tidal island at the northern tip of Rhossili Bay .
With ruins of a medieval monastic settlement , St Cenydd Church , Iron Age earthworks.
At low tide it is possible to walk to Burry Holms for about 2.5 hrs each side of Low Tide
